HEY CAL. Tell me a story from your childhood.

HENRY HENRY FITZROY FITZROY. Give me your opinion on chess.

...Why yes, I am too lazy to sign out of an RP journal just to ask your RP characters questions. >>;

Lazy? ffff. Have you seen who you're talking to?

...from my childhood? Why would I do that? And what do you want to know anyway? That's...really freaking vague. And I'm not going to give you stories about my first kiss or whatever, so if that's what you want you can deal.

How about you tell me a story from your childhood, huh?

...oh yeah. There was this one time where a kid was making fun of Niko's nose so I broke his, that was fun. But that was a little older than childhood. I dunno. What counts as childhood anyway?

On chess? Any particular reason for it? ...well, ah. If I must admit, I have never been a particular...fan of it. I'm not very good. I seem to lack the long term vision to predict my opponent's moves, and it does take so long. I prefer rather more - dynamic games. Cribbage is enjoyable, however. Checkers is satisfying, but only when I win.

Melisande-- If you could have a good battle of wits with anyone at all, who would it be? I keep having fangirlish crossover daydreams of you and Petyr Baelish.

Robespierre-- Obviously you were willing to do a lot to change the regime in France. But did the actual events of the French Revolution go too far, even for you?

Felix-- How do you deal with the fact that pretty much all of the good things in your life--e.g. Joline, magical education that passed for non-heretical, being a Cabaline, Mildmay, Gideon, the Khloidanikos--would never have happened without the horror that was your keeper and Lorenzo and Malkar?

...define 'battle of wits.' Is this purely for entertainment, or is there something important at stake? And who is this Baelish character, would I like him?

But I suppose either way, I would enjoy a battle of wits with anyone intelligent to conduct themselves without resorting to any - ham-handed measures, and those persons have been far too few of late. I have not actually met any in some time.

I wonder that often, if you two would hit it off splendidly or tear each other to shreds. I guess, though, it depends on whether or not you'd like competition if you revived your game of thrones. He doesn't do too bad at that kind of thing.

I only ask because I get the distinct impression that no one was really a match for you in the taking over Terre D'Ange bit. Phèdre and Ysandre are intelligent women, but they seemed to get lucky more than anything.

Well, what would be best, of course, would be to play as allies against everyone else, and when the time came I would have plenty of time to take his feet out from under him. I'm sure I would win, after all. He may be skilled, but he can hardly be a match for me.

I do hate luck for that. I feel the same way, often. Life is so dull when no one truly makes any real worthy effort to foil things, especially when you have them planned as well as I have...

Posts are hard.

...who said Lestat? Because I haven't seen that one in too long and it makes me nervous when he is not being loud and irritating and an ass. I suspect things. Especially since he apparently chewed on my sister.

Yes they are dammit.

Chewed on? I don't think so. XD Not this Lestat anyway. Possibly another Lestat. I did hear though that she didn't mind so much.

So, Tyelko, assuming it doesn't send you running screaming for the hills, what do you think about Armand having a husband not to mention their longtime mistress?

And Curufin, do you want some help with that large youknowwhat up your youknowwhere? I have Vaseline.

And Melisande, couldn't you behave? You're gonna break Armand's heart when he finds out what you've been up to in his absence.

...well, is it really my business?

I mean, so long as his - ah - companion is not - someone particularly dangerous, I shouldn't think that it really concerns me. I haven't even met - ...them. I suppose mainly it would - well, it isn't my business. Can we leave it at that? I try not to think about what any of my siblings do behind closed doors.

...mistress? How does that work?

At least one of your brothers thought it was his business. Feanor married them, you know.

Anyway, you see some humans can love more than one person at once. Armand really loves Christopher, but he also loves Karla. I think Christopher tries very hard, because he loves Armand. They're sweet.

--well, I can't speak for them. And it is - I won't say it isn't peculiar, but well, it's not as though - well. Never mind.

But how is - I wouldn't be able to manage that. But again, I suppose, not my business, particularly. I just. Can't fathom it. It seems to me like it would fall apart somehow.

Check? I beg your pardon. No. What do you mean, you want to search my room for some kind of hair product? That's absurd.

I don't treat my hair, take my word for it. Please.
