So, "The Vampire Diaries"...
Is anyone on my flist watching this show? I have to admit, I'm not impressed. At all.
But somehow, I keep tuning in. I think it has something to do with Steven R. McQueen's acting (Grandson of actor Steve McQueen, how cool is that?) and Ian Somerhalder.

I have no expectations when it comes to telvision these days. At all. That sort of detached attitude seems to be working for me. I must say though, I saw the 13th episode yesterday and I totally loved it. If they're going in that direction as the endgame for the series-then I would be a big fan of that.

Case in point, Dollhouse. After the first episode, I didn't watch for weeks because I was so indifferent to the pilot. Then I started to catch up with episodes online on a whim and was hooked.
Plus, Tahmoh and now Jamie? It's like this show is a loveletter to the BSG fangirls!

True enough about not much happening. If Damon weren't nom-nomming on folks it would be a complete snooze fest. I don't see much chemistry between the leads though they're both decent, attractive actors. I dunno.
JB makes for an awesome baddie, who'd have thought? I wish he could of had a re-occuring role though, that was such fun!
