Summary:
Kim Jaejoong owns a construction company and that forces him to do business with the mafia even if he himself tries to remain within the law. However, some of the mafia men don’t appreciate that and keep threatening him. That’s why he hired Changmin, Junsu and Yoochun who are responsible for his security.
Jung Yunho is a cop specialized in domestic violence and sex crimes. During the chase of a sex offender he found himself thrown in a bigger investigation involving a paedophile/mafia man named Kim Jaejoong. As if that wasn’t enough he’s being framed for the murder of the sex offender and the mafia is blackmailing him with the evidence on his innocence to do one job for them: kill Jaejoong. Why? Because even the mafia wants him to bring down Kim Jaejoong.
And so their paths collided.
Warnings: rape, violence
Pairings: Yunjae, hints of Yoosu

CHAPTER NINE - METHOD OF INTERROGATION A

-WHAT? - Changmin’s scream startled everyone. Nobody liked to see the younger man lose his temper.

Yoochun pulled up the plant of the room and couldn’t supress a chuckle.

-The damn guy did it again. He found a blind spot. And a big one too. You can almost put the bed there and it wouldn’t show up on any of the cameras. That is one helpful talent he’s got there.

-That’s it. I’m sick of this dude, whoever he is. - Changmin said as he got up.

-Min, he’s goading us on purpose. We already lost too much time. Let’s not lose our tempers too. This is one smart cookie.

-So what do we do? - Junsu asked with a thoughtful look staring at the empty screen.

-Yeahhh, Yoochun, Your Eminence. Pray do tell us. - Asked Changmin with a mock bow.

-He has no way of knowing how long he was out. Let’s let him sweat a little more. I’m pretty sure he did that on purpose to make us rush into the room. Don’t you guys agree with me? - Yoochun stated opening his arms, palms down, with a shrug of his shoulders and a cute smile that showed his dimples and made Junsu chuckle. -So, let’s not give him that. We make him wait in his blind spot.

-I knew there was a reason I put up with you, you lovely sadistic you. - Changmin laughed, patting Yoochun on the shoulder.

Jaejoong huffed in impatience. -We wait for what? Doing what?

-Dinner. - Changmin beamed, already turning for the door.

Junsu placed a hand on Jaejoong’s elbow as a calming gesture.

-Relax, Jae. We will leave Eric checking the screen. I think Chunnie is right. We need an edge approaching that guy. And it is dinner time anyway.

-Fine. Whatever.

Yunho was getting nervous. Whoever was on the other side of that camera should have already walked through that door. He tapped his foot impatiently.

“What’s going on? Are they just going to leave me here? God, what have I done? What did I get myself into? Nobody knows I’m here. Dad, I’m sorry, so sorry. I hope you’re ok. Please be ok. How am I going to get out of this?”

Inside Kim Jaejoong’s house there were five very impatient men. Of those five, only four had a fed stomach. And of those four, only one was happily rubbing his belly.

The three bodyguards and their boss walked down a corridor returning from the dining room and paused outside an unmarked door.

-Ok, boss. We are gonna go make our guest uncomfortable. You and Junsu can go watch from the control room.

-Hey, Minnie. Don’t you dare enter that room until we arrive at the control room. - Junsu said with a finger in Changmin’s face.

-Fine. Just hurry up then. I’m hitching to hurt his face.

A few minutes later, Junsu’s voice could be heard on the radios in their ears.

-Uau! The stubborn bastard is still on the blind spot. Eric says he never moved.

-No worry. We will flush him out. Time to start the show.

Changmin and Yoochun entered and looked at Yunho sitting on the floor, his eyes meeting them.

The two men grabbed their prisoner and forced him into the middle of the room and within camera range. Each one dragged a chair, placed them in front of their prisoner and sat in silence. Yunho blinked at them and just waited.

Inside the control room, Jaejoong yelled:

-What are they doing?

-They know what they are doing. Oh, boss, you need to put an earplug radio. The camera has no sound.

-What? Are you kidding me? When this is over, remind me again why I hired you guys.

The battle of wills lasted for almost half an hour before the younger man lost it. Changmin got up, punched the guy, sat again and growled.

-Who sent you?

Ten minutes later, Changmin hit him again, this time harder and repeated the question.

After five minutes he did the same.

Soon, the young man kept a permanent hold on one or another body part of the prisoner, who could only be grateful most of the hits were avoiding his face.

Over the radio Yoochun could hear Jaejoong complain. Their boss didn’t seem to think they were getting anywhere and Yoochun agreed.

-Minnie, my turn.

With an annoyed glance at his friend, Changmin let go of the man and sat back on the chair.

-I don’t know why you are so determined to be silent. My friend here will only keep hitting you until you are a bloody mess on the floor. Who are you protecting with your silence?

Yunho struggled to sit and looked up to the man with the gentle voice. His smiling face seemed so caring that the cop just had to laugh. He ended up wincing and coughing instead.

-What is this? Bad cop, good cop?

-Ah! Finally! He talks! - Said Changmin with his hands on the air.

-I can talk. I simply have nothing to say. And spare me the poor attempt at bad cop, good cop. You guys really suck at it.

-Like I said: you are determined to be silent. That just tells me you think you need to be silent. Why? After all, you are trapped here. We might not let you leave unless in very small pieces. Or you’re just plain stupid and stubborn. - Yoochun got up and paced around the room. -Off course, a stupid guy would not be so good at spotting weak points. So… Are you a hired professional and you don’t really know who sent you?

In the control room Jaejoong suddenly asked Junsu to play back the images. The business man took the radio out of his ear and signalled Junsu to be quiet. He studied the footage, his gaze following the direction of the prisoner’s eyes. Junsu just had a puzzled face.

-Junsu, can we record a phone call from the land line? And what about tracking a cell phone number?

-Recording a phone call is super easy, no problem. But why? As for tracking a phone number to an address or name, well, I have my ways unless it’s a disposable one.

-I’ll risk it.  - Jaejoong said, already out the door. He grabbed a house phone from one of the tables on the corridor and entered the room where the three men were.

-Ok, you two: out.

-Not again. Jae, what is it this time? - whined Changmin.

-Just go. I’m tired of this bullshit.

Yoochun grabbed his friend and led him out the door. On the floor, the prisoner kept his eyes down.

Jaejoong walked up to the bruised man and yanked him up by the chain on his wrists. He almost had to support him to get him to walk.

To Yunho’s bewilderment, he found himself being thrown at the same wall where he had waited so patiently before. “He’s taken me back to the blind spot. What does this freak want?”
