Simple Sunday
Jackie Greene at Fairytale Town last night for at least the 3rd year in a row, possibly the 4th though I cant find the ticket and dont remember. Walkies
Felt rather off tonight, didn't want to walk at all. Forced myself saying just a hour. Started out slow, got warmed up then got bored. Cranked up the pace, put on some Godsmack and sweated for 3.25 miles rocking out. :) -

Day Off
Taking today as my one day off from exercise, one per week. Came home from work just worn the fuck out. Laid down at 6 and slept till 8, probably going back to bed here in just few. -
Yoga
OK just signed up for my first Yoga class. Well technically it's my 2nd but I was in 3rd grade the first time :) I'm nervous, I'll admit. I've purchased a couple videos over the years and the poses seemed really hard, usually leaving me with a sore back. This is a beginners class so I'm hoping I'll be OK. Rambling Thoughts
Couple days ago I rigged up the treadmill so I could use my laptop and walk. Been tweaking and refining the setup since. Today I walked 5 miles while I surfed the web and watched Netflix. :) This exercise thing is kinda fun. Not sure where all the motivation is coming from. Expected/Hoped For
- Migraines. My main goal. Desperation driven. Hoped to lesson them at least. Haven't had one since I started. It's Getting Easier
I told her I had stored them away in a little a little corner of my soul & moved on. Thats only partially true.
