Nope, no personal space violation here. No one here at all, in fact.

*POOF* Now there is a chicken invading your personal space, Castiel.

The chicken faces the angel, considers him for a while, and then turns away to search the room.

"Nope! Not here!"

*POOF* No more chicken!

Castiel tilts his head, regarding the bird curiously.

He is unsurprised to find the fowl in the bar. It is cold outside. It is not uncommon for livestock to be moved indoors under such conditions.

Of course, ordinary livestock is generally not capable of any manner of speech.

"Not here?"

And that someone who's personal space has just been invaded screams at the top of her very impressive lung volume.

And flails. It's a thing, where she still quite hasn't figured out how to appropriately coordinate after the last growth spurt.

We're very sorry, Castiel.

Castiel flinches ever so slightly at the sheer loudness. And the flailing.

Flinches, but does not jump or move.

Instead he only tilts his head, curiously.

"There is no danger."

He's harmless. Really.

(Well, for the most part. Here, anyway.)

She falls back a few steps (almost literally - the whole 'falling on her arse' thing is a real danger there for a bit) before managing to regain her balance, and scowls at the suddenly-appearing angel.

The narration would offer you a pair of ear plugs, Castiel, but alas, they need this pair for themselves.

"Have you ever heard," She starts in on her rant in fine form (and still at fairly good volume), "Of this thing called Personal Space, or did you miss that class on how not to be a creepy sicko?"

Casteil frowns a bit, pondering the woman's question.

(Also her ability to remain upright. But mostly her question.)

"I do believe I have," he says, hesitantly after a moment. Castiel believes he has heard the sentiment alluded to, at any rate. It is something that modern humans seem to be quite attached to.

He doesn't really get it. And therefore gives it very little thought.

"I have never taken classes. In anything," he adds, helpfully.

"Ooh," says a fairy bedecked in tinsel, fluttering his lashes.

"Good grant thee good even."

The tinsel is momentarily distracting. But Castiel quickly collects himself, and politely inclines his head.

"And to you," he says, formally.

"You I have met before," Puck says, cheerily, "but I am afraid your name escapes me."

The tinsel is very shiny. Even by tinsel standards.

(Puck probably helped it along a little bit.)

"It is a danger in Milliways. There are so many people to meet."

And when you've spent two thousand years interacting with the same crowd, Milliways offers many new people indeed.

"It is Castiel. My name."

The tinsel is extremely shiny. Castiel has seen some interesting clothing trends over the course of the centuries, but most are not quite this...

...dazzling.

Buffy blinks.

"Next time you could maybe shout 'incoming'?" she constructively criticizes.

Castiel tilts his head.

"Incoming what?"

It's possible that he hasn't seen a lot of war movies.

"Good question," says Buffy. She tilts her head, studying him. "Vengeance demon?"

Castiel actually looks affronted.

It's something of an accomplishment--getting that countenance to crack.

He draws himself up as straight as his vessel will go.

"No," he says.

Emphatically.

And when that personal space is invaded she almost goes for her bow but remembers that this is a bar. One that has rules against violence. But she is watching the stranger that just appeared. Doesn't mean her hand will move from that bow yet. After all, she doesn't know him.

Castiel looks at the young woman whom he has appeared very close to the side of.

His eyes go to the weapon, but he seems unconcerned.

"Excuse me," he says politely, moving a step to the side.

Which kind of bothers her and kind of doesn't. But then again she's known a few people, like the Winchesters, who weren't concerned with it either. Just enamored.

"I've not seen you around here before."

Which was true. She'd been there... well, she lost track of time. But she doesn't recall seeing him there before.

"Nor I you," Castiel replies.

"But there are many people, and other beings here. I often see people I do not know."
