"Yeah, well, givin' you that gun back ain't really high on mine," He replies. It isn't arrogant, because Bill isn't really the arrogant type and won't be starting now with someone like Ramon, but he is serious and trying to hold his ground.
What little piece he has here.
"Look, I'm sorry for the way things happened in the stables, but looks like you're doin' alright."
How about Boo's kitty-man. He doesn't want to kill Bill. Then again he's not been given a reason to. But he does give the man a small smile when he sees him. After all he's kind of like family since for Ben the young girl, Boo, is family.
Someone has been watching a certain exchange with rapt attention from one dark corner of the bar. She considered getting up and walking over a few times -- she almost did, when Ramon so suddenly reached out and grabbed Bill by the shoulder -- but she knew the only thing her presence would do is add more fuel to an already raging fire.
So she sat, and watched.
(Leather 'safety' flipped off her gun.)
When Ramon finally stalked off she breathed a quiet sigh of relief, watching from her safe vantage until he was out of sight. Once she was sure he was gone, she gathered herself up, and moved towards the bar.

...or not, as the case may be. Ramon tosses his smokes down on the counter next to the man, then leans against it, facing Bill with a dark expression.
'I believe you have something of mine.'

"Ramon, hey, guess we outta talk."
He also manages to keep his voice level and his eyes on the man.

Talk.
'Talking isn't really high on my agenda with you, Bill. Where's my gun?'
He likes that gun.

"Hey, Ben, how's it goin'?"

Why wouldn't it be? He moves over so he's closer to Bill.
"Bill's been good too?"

Which is mostly true, minus the whole thing with Kate Barlow and Ramon.
Bill looks at his sandwich then back to Ben.
"You have anything to eat yet?"

"Bill?"

She wraps him in a huge hug since he looks like he needs it.

"You all right?"
The unspoken 'he didn't hurt you, did he?' is clear on her features.

"M'fine."
Obviously she saw at least a part of the exchange, and he's glad she stayed out of it.
"How're you doin'?"

She sits down on the stool next to Bill, orders a drink.
"Hey."

"Hey, how's it goin', detective?"

Her drink comes, but she doesn't lift it right away.
"And yourself?"
Reply
"M'alright."
He's alive, at least. For three more days.
