Interviewing AND Waitressing!

A few hours before her Tuesday shift starts, Elaine sets up at the bar for the interview with CJ, making sure she's posted a sign that says INTERVIEW HERE to make sure that her interviewee sees it, and having the list of questions she is to ask to hand

Right in time the OG arrives, nodding and smiling. "Heya." CJ is a tall, and very strong man who moves with a light step.

Elaine stands up and reaches out to shake his hand. "Hello, CJ. I am Elaine, the Head Waitress. Please, won't you take a seat?"

Elaine sits down and gets out her pad and pencil to write notes on.

His handshake is firm, but not rough. "Thanks." CJ sits down, and waits for the questions.
