Interviewing AND Waitressing!
A few hours before her Tuesday shift starts, Elaine sets up at the bar for the interview with CJ, making sure she's posted a sign that says INTERVIEW HERE to make sure that her interviewee sees it, and having the list of questions she is to ask to hand.
