With the big, heavy book in hand, along with his drum sticks, Pickles immediately went to the bar and asked for her to magic up a drum kit suitable for playing. "G'on ahead and get set up," Said the drummer to the guitarists, "I'll be over in a second."

Toki nodded to the drummer and went to fetch his guitar and amp, which he had stashed away beside the trilobite tank.
"So we sets up by de pianos, dat's will gives us room to plays so we don't gets run over by peoples" Toki suggested, hoisting his amp and guitar that direction.

Skwisgaar nodded, "Ja, and dat way nobodies is complain if we takes up a space." Not that this had ever happened before, as far as he knew. He headed over, pouting just for a moment at the fact that there were no roadies there to move tables out of the way.

They were just little tables however, so he managed just fine on his own, going to retrieve an amp for himself as well, telling a waitrat to get the drinks and keep them coming.

Pickles hauled the kit that Bar gave to him into place, piece by piece, setting the book down on the stool. The set up didn't take long, and soon, he had the book in his lap and flipped to a page. "Musically Contageous..." He muttered, looking over the beat, "Dudes, three four time, drop C, think you can handle that?" He looked up to Toki and Skwisgaar, one pierced brow raised.

He knew they could. He set the book aside, still open to the page, muttering out the beat changes and downbeats, before nodding and starting into it.

Teja has been out working in the forge earlier; now, he is sitting by the fire and playing his harp.

He stops, though, when he sees Toki, Skwisgaar and Pickles come in. He wonders if he will ever meet the other members of that group.

Toki gave a friendly wave to Teja as he passed by, "Come listens to us play!"

With that, he went back to setting up. Teja never DID get to hear all three of them play together, and this would be the first glimpse of their musical abilities. Nathan and Murderface had opted out of playing that day, for personal reasons.

Teja sets down his harp by the trilobite tank and follows over.

He would listen anyway, but he wants to be close, so he can look at them with approval, and they see him doing so.

Once they were done playing, aside from Skwisgaar's usual idle tinkering, the blonde smiled, "Ohey, greats of you to comes see." He flicked his hair back behind his shoulder, "What's is you think? A real concerts is gots more people, dis is just a practices and a works thing out kinds of time. We's got a lot of those."

Pickles bounded down the stairs of the stage and flopped next to Miniver. "Hey dude, how'd we sound?" and he picked up a drink from one of the rats, taking a long swig of it.

"Perrennially fantastic," Miniver says, leaning up to kiss Pickles' cheek. "How're you doing?"

Pickles grinned, wrapping one arm around the young hippie. "Effin' great! That worked better'n I thought it would, came together like... smooth. Great work on their parts, they didn't get into a fight or nothin'. I think they might be growin' up or somethin', heh."

He nudged Miniver, "How 'bout you, champ? You havin' fun yet?"

So when she hears music Hedwig is there, umbrella-drink in hand, to watch the performance.

"Hey babes." Skwisgaar said, spotting her in the smallish crowd, "What's is you being thinks about it?"

Ego? Skwisgaar? Nooo, what makes you think that?

There was a smug little smile at that, nodding once, "Ja." he shrugged then, changing subjects willy-nilly because he was like that, "Can I buys you a drink?"
