Wes knows smiles like that. He does smiles like that.

He stops nearby, whiskey in hand, and eyes her.

"You," he says, "are plotting."

Lilly blinks innocently at him.

"Why, Wes, whatever would make you say a thing like that?"

"Sorry, I know. What was I thinking?"

He snorts.

"You're always the picture of innocence. With that bright, childlike smile. I'm clearly delusional."

Lilly sighs sadly.

"Clearly. And you used to have such a keen intell- wait, no. That was someone else. Well, I hope your delusions are making you happy."

Because if he's not happy, well. That's what she has the bottle for!

"Ah. Hello?"

Alarming smiles are something Harding knows well, and is getting increasingly fond of--perhaps this is what attracts him to the young woman in the bar.

He holds out a hand. "I'm Harding--what's your name?"

Desperation and loneliness drives one to strange things, including randomly introducing oneself to people!

Lilly shakes his hand, still smiling.

"I'm Lilly. Nice to meet you, Harding."

Desperate and lonely. Hmmm.

"Nice to meet you, too," he says. He blinks once, rubs his hand nervously against the back of his neck.

Now that he's actually here, and in a position to make small talk, he find he can't; his mouth is all dry.

Too bad this isn't a drinkable love potion. In any case, Lilly doesn't really have an issue with small talk.

"So, Harding. What brings you to the bar at the end of the universe? Is it the alcohol, the women, the men, the bizarre juxtaposition of Scotland and the Caribbean we have going on out back or what?"

She toys idly with the small bottle as she talks.

"You know, when people smile like that, it's usually a sign to run." Inyri points out behind a glass of Whyren's. "However, I used to be a Rogue. I don't run unless I really, really have to."

"Excellent."

The smile, if anything, gets more devious.

"I'm not really feeling up to chasing people tonight. Sometimes you just want the action to come to you, you know?"

Inyri grins around her glass, before setting it down. "I definitely know that feeling."

She continues to smile. "We met at the nightclub thing. Don't know if you remembered or not."

"Oh, yeah."

Lilly smirks a little.

"I think we had two of the best dresses at the party. Inyri, right?"

[dr_sarcasm]

"You're grinning in what would appear to be an evil fashion."

Ton stands behind her, having walked by a second ago before deciding he HAD to know what was up.

"As a doctor, it is my professional opinion is that it would be best for your health if you admitted to me what exactly had you grinning like that."

"An evil fashion? Really?"

Lilly tilts her head at him, blinking only momentarily at the prosthetics. Milliways.

"Because I was going for more mysterious/mischievous. But I guess as a doctor you'd know."

[dr_sarcasm]

"Well, I don't know as much about evil as I should. It's probably because when that same expression shows up on Wedge's face, it is evil." He flops into the seat across from her. "But 'mischievous' is definitely a good word for it as well. So spill."

"Aw, Wedge."

Lilly smiles fondly.

"I haven't seen him in ages. It's almost like he's been avoiding me since I talked him into stripping. For charity, of course."

Speaking of amnesia, this one wanted to have a little talk with her about claiming to be his mistress with a daughter. Didn't help that it was true, but with another blonde.

So Nathan's not noticing the alarming smile as he headed toward her.

"So whose kid was that?" was the first thing out of his mouth.

"Oh, Nathan, you're cured. Good news for you, bad news for our sordid affair."

Lilly smiles unrepentantly at him.

"Also, that actually was my kid."

Nathan had one hand on his pocket as he gestured with his right. He's still not happy, Lilly.

"Yeah, no thanks to you. And it is? Great, so who's the real father?"

"Oh, I don't know his name, just his title. He's a Prince, somewhere."

Lilly shrugs.

"He gave the kids to me and my husband as a wedding present. Scarily enough, they might actually be better off with us."
