Inyri grins around her glass, before setting it down. "I definitely know that feeling."

She continues to smile. "We met at the nightclub thing. Don't know if you remembered or not."

If this had happened later in the night, Lilly would be seething with jealousy. As it is, she just looks interested.

"Torrid affairs are the best kinds, in my opinion. You guys friends now, or bitter enemies, or awkward acquaintances or somethine else altogether?"

Lilly smiles crookedly at the other girl.

"Sorry if I hit a sore spot, but hey. Drinks on me if you want to talk about it."

"Nah," She shakes her head. "Usually I'm not one to turn down free drinks, but I'd rather not talk about Wes."

She sips at her whiskey. "Needless to say, we just didn't know when to stop and it messed stuff up. Though now that the guy that was trying to kill me is dead, I think Wes and I might reach a consensus."

On not seeing each other ever again, perhaps.

"Consensus is good," Lilly agrees.

She's about to say something more when she catches sight of a blonde baby abandoned on the far side of the bar. (It's a doll, but impossible to tell from here.)

"Oh, crap. I think one of my kids got loose. Inyri, I'll catch you later, okay?"

She gives her a quick smile before dashing off.
