Another day, another run.

Alright, so perhaps Ace isn't so continuously fitness-savvy as that, but she hasn't felt terribly fit to fly of late, so running has been resorted to as a means to keep the wilder half satisfied. Not quite as good as her usual mode of operations, but it will do, for now

Sara has coffee and toast. But waffles do sound good.

"Hey."

"'Lo Sara, been a while, hasn't it?" Ace asks as her desired waffles (with lots of strawberries and toasted pecans and enough whipped cream to sink a ship) appear on the Bar. "How goes?"

"Was abducted by a serial killer. Got out alive. Been gone a month my time. It's going all right."

In order of importance, of course.

"You?"

"Fun times." Gotta love the psychotic villians. They do make life so much more interesting, at the very least.
"I've..." She smiles. "Been busy."

[slayer_fray]

Another purple haired Slayer with a rather fixed expression on her face?

"Hey, Sparky," she says, intercepting her and making no moves to relax. "You got a minute?"

"Rather." She tenses in response to Mel's attitude. She's already had the week from hell, can't it end at that?
"What's goin' on?"

[slayer_fray]

"Indy," she says bluntly. "He's out past his curfew and Mike n' I are going to fetch him. Wondered if you had any toys that are effective against Nazis?"

[nitro_is_ace]

"Sounds like a plan. C'mon, lemme show you what I've got on-hand, an' if that doesn't work, I can fix sommat up." Her hunt for waffles is abandoned as she turns on heel and heads back towards the front door. She notably isn't asking to come along, but that's her own problem.
