Those that are registered to vote in Milieux specifically are assured that their ballots will be submitted to the proper authorities.

Vince came in, and filled out a ballot that totally wasn't legal.

But it made him happy.

If asked, Dean would point out that Lilly could vote on the alternate ballot, too.
