Outside the Police Station, Tuesday
Someone had pointed out to Dean that it was Election Day. And that someone really should make sure there was a place for people to vote.
And, well, since Dean was pretty sure that more than half the population of the town was either a) not a US citizen, b) registered in another state, c) living under an assumed name after faking their death, d) living under their real name despite actually having died, or e) batsh*t insane, he made sure there were some interesting alternate options for those who weren't qualified but wanted to vote anyway.

And there were snacks, "I Voted" stickers, "I gave blood" stickers, and "Kiss me, I'm Irish" stickers in abundance for anyone who stopped by.
