"Spiral of personal disgust" Yep that says it all. Man I appreciate your input here. It's been frustrating, to say the least, and I don't really have many female fighter friends here to *commiserate* with on a regular or close basis. Lisa is the closest thing and is an emergency nurse so has advice, but we don't hang regularly. S is good tho, he almost always errs on the side of caution and tells me not to fight if I'm not fit for it. Sometimes I wished I had a BATH of the Chinese Medicine though, would be much easier to do it myself than nag S..but even then sometimes the reach just isn't there. *sigh ( ... )

Tennis elbow is a more personal things. Og has it and it took him out for months. He was doing physio for it. His men-at-arms is also out for the count with it. Og stops when it gets too bad but some advil is alight.

And about the goading. One thing the assholes DON'T get is the body shape difference. Your body is dealing with different stresses than theirs. Period. Listen yours not their ignorant goading. Some advil is alright, but ongoing is bad for the body and you shouldn't be relying on it.
