If you have more time in Rhode Island... Walk around the neighborhoods outside of Brown University; the old Victorian houses are beautiful.

They were indeed! I was impressed by the history on display, and I'll be back for a water burn!

Thanks for the tips! I'm definitely visiting the Ben & Jerry's factory, too. ;)

Wooo! Hoo! anaisdjuna is hot! and a fabulous hostess!!!!

Hee hee... and very silly :-) and quite honored to have such a lovely position in one of your posts and to have been a small part in facilitating your dream road trip around this here hunk o'land. Yay! I'm sure you'll do us proud in your Burning Person duds! Those shoes are sump'em else! As is the hat, the pants and the shiny, shiny shirt! We may be the dumb inbred cousin of these United States, but we do have our freaks and our fab to be sure! There are also a few healthy food oases in the sea of barbeque and soul food, glad we got you to one of 'em, with bonus Toucans!

It was a real joy to see you. Our conversations and your mindset showed and reminded me of a lot I've needed to see and feel for a while.

Bon voyage!

Yes. Definitely. Both. And you were more than a small part-I could hardly have started without you. And I'm glad my presence did you good, too... we really shouldn't leave it so long next time.

Ooo, I wish I had been able to talk you into buying Moby Dork, which I've been quietly trying to sell (in the collector's community):
