I made sausage gravy for Yule brunch this year. This is mostly for my future reference when needing to make a large batch. Ingredients were roughly:

• 1 1/2 pounds of Bob Evans Sausage
• 1 pound of R.B. Rice's Mild Sausage
• 1 1/2 cups-ish of flour
• 1/2 gallon of milk
• 1 quart of water
• Salt and Pepper

I have procured stuff for fire-spinning. I'm rather excited, though I know there is more that I need. Here are the supplies I picked up today:

• Smallish Rubbermaid tote to carry everything in
• 2 empty paint cans, one for soaking and one for spinning out
• A vegetable steamer basket-thingy for the spinning out can

• United - 2 flights
• Frontier - 2 flights

My mood is rather dark today. Not entirely sure what the deal is though I have some ideas. That'll likely take a few days 'til I can reasonably process through to determine if my ideas are correct.
