Back for the weekend after putting in about 100 hours since 8 PM last Friday. It was intense and still is. Mandatory Saturday (and possibly Sunday) hours this weekend. The last implementation wasn't like this. Sure, I worked over the first weekend after conversion but it wasn't "mandatory". Took some calls while out and about with lovika27 but there wasn't anything like "you must be in the office."
I'm about a week behind on my friends' list. I will very likely not go back and read. Anything important that I should know....I'll assume that folks have let me know. Off to the office now.
