I don't know what it is about robots that makes me think of dark rooms with checkerboard floors - maybe it's a subconscious reference to the Twilight Zone, the original series, not the stupid remake - but there it is....

I went to college for illustration.
I meant to go for fashion design, but that didn't end up being....anything I was remotely interested in. Fortunately.
While I was in college, I kept hearing the same things over and over and over:

"You need to define your style."
and
"You need to find the box."
