[random/art] Aniki's Great Nikon D40 Experiment (sounds Mao-ish)
For starters, I got my first Holga photos...there are some interesting, funny shots, but the printing did not do justice to the square-frame format, the soft focus and dreamy vignetting that's typical of the toy cam. Went on a special movie date with my mom--Beowulf in SM's IMAX theater.
It was.....COOL!!! XD; I was doing "inane" things (blame it on visual instinct) during the screening--"catching" snowflakes, "dodging" spears/arrows/falling debris, etc. Oh, and "wiping" my face from the blood-splattered gore ( Read more... ) -

Aside from words (and lab results), I love photos. Taking photos, not posing for photos.
Which is why I'm dithering between getting a Polaroid camera or splurge on a LOMO camera. Any suggestions?
