don't worry about not being part of a couple right now. I'm 29, and a bunch of my friends who got married young are now on their first divorces...

Happy birthday! I understand how you feel about relationships, but the point isn't just to find someone, it's to find the right someone. And abandoning someone to go hook up on the pretense of stepping out for just a second is plain old rude.
