 Its been a while since I've updated and I noticed a friend updated her journal and reminded me that its been a while.

Its monday morning and the weather is gloomy right now but i'm hoping that its going to get brighter.   Things are going well, work has been keeping me really busy and sleep deprived.

a light bulb went off in my head... 
I was watching x weighted on slice and after watching the episode with Jennifer on it. 
I felt better about myself.. that i wasn't completely lost..   she was so full of life and ready to commit to a strict diet.

I need to start feeling better about myself..  i need to start sleeping better and eating better
