So I was writing Patrick a letter and headed over to the United States Postal Service website to look up how much it costs to mail a letter to Germany. On the site they have a list of restrictions (things you can't mail to Germany without permission) and prohibitions (things you can't mail to German no matter what, just because the Germans say so
