I landed the exact same position I had in Hawaii, with the same company here in Scottsdale.  It's part time now, but as I see it, it's going to change rapidly.

 I reconnected with an important person tonight.  I'm elated that it felt so natural, like I hadn't lost 4 yrs.  I'm excited that Mark likes him, that Earl is excited to see him and that we will be involved with each other's lives again.  I feel so good inside.  I've needed this for a long time.

 Have any of you Iphone users out there had to replace their front glass.  The digitizer is fine, but the front glass panel shattered yesterday.  I'm reading about the do-it-yourself and it's freaking me out on the complication.  Any one have any experience at doing this?  I'm not a pc geek so I'm cautious about doing it myself.  Thanks ahead of

Well, we leave in a week. Between trying to tie up a million loose ends, finish packing so that we can lump everything into storage on Tuesday I find myself a little "thin". After several "lease writing" problems, we have a signed lease and a place to go now.

Finally I can go forward and finish travel arrangements etc.

I'm finally feeling some excitement.

Looks like were signing our contract today and will be moving to Chandler, Az. Were so happy that this chapter in our lives is coming to an end. We learned from living here not to take anything for granted on the mainland. Earl officially told work today that Feb 7th is his last day.  We should be off the island by the 11th.,  Were putting everything in storage.  Shipping the pcs etc, art work and a few essentials and that's it.  Will come back to get the rest when we can afford to ship everything.  This is the best way for us to close the chapter in our lives.   ( Read more... )
