omg cannot even describe r disappointment when we see the ep and realize its more about the boys trying to rescue Gwen than anything, even though the girls names are ~bracketed~. I am STILL miffed at how a promo said Fyrien was about Gwen's decision between Arthur and her bro D-:

I'm confused...are they complaining that the legendary King Arthur isn't like the regular kings of those days that would sleep around with anyone with not much afterthought? Hell, we know Uther did with Morgana's mama so it's not like they are dismissing that concept completely.

I dunno, I just figured the reason Arthur and Gwen are in so much trouble this round is BECAUSE Arthur doesn't want to take that route. He already rejected marrying Elena because he point blank told Uther he wanted to marry the person he loves (a concept in those days was considered insane and most people in the show that wasn't Merlin clearly thought so). And if it's looking like Arthur's fancying this servant girl.....yeah I could see where Uther might not agree with his son's ideas there and would want the servant girl outta the picture.

IDK...I THOUGHT TO BE A LEGEND YOU HAVE TO BE VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE NORM, SO ARTHUR WANTED TO BE WITH THE PERSON HE LOVED WORKED FOR THAT. But maybe i'm missing something here...
