That's the only service available in my postal code, but they told me I could add 40GB for $6 and I was like "hells yeah!" even though that's what they WANT and then when I got my internet contract in email it only says 2GB so I wrote a bitchy email because I am NOT going through the phone rigamarole again for the third time. *breathes*

They have more bandwidthy levels of service, but for some ass backward reason you can't GET those. I think it's related to the fact that I live in a building with very old phone lines.

I am so, so sorry. Bell sucks. They have no problem-solving mechanisms. Once one of their departments has screwed up, nobody you can get on the phone can ever fix it and their supervisors are always out to lunch and will never call you back. Also, Emily hates us all.
