Reading The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, (what Alan calls "my porn book," because the review on the back cover is from Playboy), and enjoying it immensely. Father's birthday is next week. I have no ideas. Something on the history of the Great Lakes, I think. That sounds in keeping with his tastes.
Long, long weekend. But beautiful, and loads of fun.

1. Woke up in the middle of an astounding dream.
Boo. Hiss.
2, I need to stop dreaming about dead people.
3. Also need to buy a new laptop battery. A-hunting-we-will-go.
4. A bad ponytail, an even worse headband, and no makeup. this is bad news.
5. My outfit is cute, but my favorite moccasins are falling apart.
