Family Health
Spouse injured himself Monday. Today it escalated, and he had to go to the doctor, and perhaps the hospital. I really felt helpless. I quit driving years ago, when I couldn't see, and the oxygen bottles were too big to get into a car easily. Feral Cats
Some time ago a feral cat moved himself into my house. He was cold, and lonely, and hungry, and wanted a soft dry place with food. He taught me about feral cats. I didn't touch him at all for about two years. Any direct correction was taken as an attack, but he had to understand house rules. He attacked back, because it was about survival. We have been unable to get ahold of one son - phone number didn't work, didn't answer email, etc. He has always been a little reclusive, but it was getting ridiculous. New-fangled contraptions
My phone rang today. I said hello, and got a little tiny "eep" sound that was barely audible. I said "Alex, is that you?" and got lots of babbling, to which I responded appropriately. I will survive
I feel almost human today. I seem to have gone for acupuncture when this cold was incubating, and it hit hard and fast. That happens. Acupuncture seems to encourage bad bugs to move through and out faster, but with vengeance. -
