I have the Flu, so I'm sitting here on my computer alternately watching The Big Bang Theory, reading Goosebumps Berks online, and looking at Amazon (the greedy bastards whom I love so much). My college experience is not worth this much money.
Just got my invoice for my final semester of Paramedic school. $4,302.
I am now accepting donations.

Pericardiocentisis?!?! Haha. No.
Pericardiocentesis is the act of plunging a needle through someone's chest, into the sac that holds the heart, and stopping before you hit the heart itself (there's a difference of like 2mm between the heart and the heart wall). Then you pull the infected fluid that is causing chest pain (hence necessitating the centesis) out of the heart sac. ( Read more... ) -
In preparation for an interview that won't come for another 8-10 months.
Certifications: Beyond my paramedic certification, I am ICS-certified and am a Hazmat Operations worker and an Emergency Rescue Technician. I was on a volunteer fire department in South Dakota - while the certification for that does not allow me to practice in Minnesota, I have a decent background in the practical aspects.
