I had phone calls from my doctor and nurse today. I didn't go to day hospital as I usually do on my non-ECT days so they called to check on me. They also wanted to check on me because I told my ECT doc that I had a little overdose of pills on Sunday night which resulted in me falling down and getting all bruised up. I'll drive down to shepherd pratt if i think thats where I should be... That might be getting close, but it's so hard to tell. I should be able to keep myself safe for now, I think.

Call 311, please. It's usually the local non-emergency number. Are you in Baltimore city/county or somewhere else entirely? I can find the non-emergency number if it's not 311 where you are.
