Rant and Rambling: the new XD-M

I have posted twice about this already ( post 1, post 2) but I figure third time is the charm. So Springfield Armory has the new XD-M it all over its website now. Lots of good detail on it like the following.

I think it's just human nature for people to hate the new version of the thing they just paid a lot of money. I'm guessing SA want to compete more with the S&W MP series. In my opinion, incremental changes are the best way to develop a product. It looks like that is what SA is up to. I'm going to with hold final judgment until I see one with my own eyes.

I definitely want one, but the only way I could get one in California would be to find a job with law enforcement, which would allow me to purchase a gun that holds more than 10 rounds...one day...
