Sherlock, my holiday etc

Firstly, I'm really enjoying my holiday in Sydney. I mean, who couldn't ask for better weather??? It's been around 25 degrees and just perfectly warm. The nights are pleasant and I love not being worried about keeping warm

I LOVED Mycroft in this episode! He was amazing. I wanted a bit more of John - he sort of faded half way through the ep. But I loved this episode - it totally rocked.

Mycroft was amazing indeed - and so well played by Mark Gatiss. I have a platonic crush on him and it thrills me to see him! Can't wait till next week.

I adored it. It's so clever and kudos to the writers, they understand the mindset of fandom (whether deliberate or not). John and Sherlock are a lock and key. The other characters were top notch. I watch it with such glee

It's not very often that the anticipation has been worth it. I can't wait for next weeks reinterpretation it's my favourite Sherlock Holmes' book.

I don't think I would consider myself in fandom - as in I don't know much about the fic or vids - I'm only aware of them peripherally... but I did like what they did! I'm not big on the slash but I know that a lot of fans see it or my guess is that it's written in fanfic. However, I do agree that John and Sherlock are partners and a couple! The whole story was wonderfully written and the way it was filmed and panned out made me very happy.

I have this platonic crush on Mycoft/Mark Gatiss and it made me so happy to see so much of him in this episode. But I really liked how much he cares for his brother in his own stiff upper lip manner.

Definitely looking forward to the next ep!!!
