Last night I found her bones. He hid them in his scarves, buried in the ground beneath our bed. Ana was playing with the marbles I brought her from Christmas Island, and when they rolled out from her grasp, I crawled over to the shadows that they landed in and stretched out my arm to retrieve them for her. I have an AP chem test tomorrow, and was planning to come home to take a nap and study, but I accidentally locked my keys in the car. So I called for someone to get them for me, and waited the 45 minutes they asked me to wait, sitting on the sidewalk. Two hours later they came and opened my door. It's six now, I don't think I have time for my nap.
