Vakarian Sr. did not fear many things. In his life as a soldier and a C-Sec detective, he's seen many things; things so terrible he couldn't speak of freely or even think about without a shuddering thought. He survived the First Contact War and the Reaper War, seen many injustices he personally put down in the name of law on the Citadel, but he didn't let it break or overwhelm him. Lucius sat in the kitchen, his arms folded and his head bowed. Despite the accident he caused and the fact he ran the car straight into the side of a building, the young turian got out with barely any scratches. His mother, a war hero and one of the most well-known humans in the galaxy paced up and down the kitchen, her forehead in her hands and deep sighs accompanying her utter disbelief at what had occurred at this time. Amazing A!A!
I really love how you managed to insert a Mean girls reference.
I love the voice you gave to Garrus's father.
And I really really love Shepard's and Garrus's kid Lucious. I feel like he is a perfect blend of Garrus's intelligence (kid seems really good at math) and rule breaking and Shepard's persistence, her way of talking herself out of situations, and her bad driving.
And if A!A ever feels inspiration for a prequel that includes any or all of the following: - Garrus introducing Shepard to his father - Garrus's dad and FemShep getting to know each other -his dad experienceing SHepard's driving skills firsthand -Shepard's, Garrus's and grandpa's reactions when they find out Shepard is pregnant -The delivery of baby Lucius -midnight feedings that Garrus, Shepard, and even grandpa participate in - Introducing baby!lucious to the rest of the crew (bonus points for Wrex and Shepard setting up play dates between their children).
