Have your tried chickpea pancakes as take-to-work lunches? I´ve found that they keep me alive fairly well over a long day, and they keep well in a good plastic container. I cover one half with sauteed bell peppers, or tomatoes, or both, add some cheese and turn it over. Ready when the cheese is melted (molten? mault? you know what I mean).

I´m going Indian with my pancakes. About four tablespoons of chickpea flour, one egg, and some milk make two good pancakes for me in my medium/small skillet for me when I´m quite hungry
