Xavier's students used to be friendlier. Once upon a time, Lila herself had gotten extremely friendly with a certain student. Not that she was here to rekindle that, of course.
At least she wasn't getting kidnapped, shot at, or otherwise attacked yet. Such things had been known to happen when running with this crowd.
"Well," she spoke to the silent brunette, "if you've got nothing to say, I'll just head to the school and show myself in."
