She smiles up at Danny as he comes in.

"Oh, no, come on in. I'm waiting to hear back from the Avengers soon... I don't imagine their battle with the Mad Thinker's latest giant robot will last long. And otherwise, it's been a quiet day."

She gestures to the chair next to her. "You look bored. Come in, and I'll give you a turn on the systems."

She smiles at him.

"Anya has something with her father?" she asks. She slides her headset off and hands it over to Danny.

17 minutes later, there's a tapping on the window of Danny's room, and an upside-down girlfriend hanging outside.

She looks at him with a smirk, not minding that he hasn't put his shirt on yet.

"Come into my parlor said the fly to the spider?" she suggests.

Then she leaps in, grabbing him about the waist and throwing him to his bed.

N'Kantu has attempted to utilize the magic-like science of the modern age, and he has had some small success.

Cell phones are one of those devices he still struggles with.

After several attempts, he manages to press the correct button and holds the phone upside-down at first, before moving it to the correct position.

He doesn't speak, instead listening for the voice on the other end of the line.

"Yes, Hollow. What can I do to help you?"

Anya shrugs and looks around... just as a massive form rises from the shadows nearby.

"Woah!"

"Greetings, Hollow," the mummy offers. "...and friend," he adds upon noticing Anya. "I did not mean to startle... but none of the artifacts I possess would allow me to teleport into Avengers mansion. It is too well-warded."
