That's the program I've switched to as well.
I've been doing the 5x5 stripped program up until last week, but now I figure I'm just about comfortable enough around the bar that I don't need the built in warm up.

Let me know if you ever switch to sats. I'm comfortable with how hard it is to lift 60kg that I think I can dare lift with you even though you're better than me.
