The Den - Monday Late Afternoon/Early Evening

Veronica closed her laptop. Between braving the Black Friday crowds and taking advantage of Cyber Monday, she had all of her Christmas shopping done.

Of course, she wasn't planning to ever host a holiday gathering of her friends again. Not that Thanksgiving had been all bad. Cooking with Piper, catching up with Logan and Angel and meeting Prue

Piper wandered out of her room and settled on the couch with one of her textbooks. "Who were you talking to on the phone?"

"Maybe next time you should. It might have made us all more mellow," Veronica pointed out.

Piper laughed. "I'll try to remember that."

"It wasn't all bad though," Veronica said, also laughing. "In fact, I think most of the weekend was really fun."

"Yeah, it was nice having everyone together for a weekend," Piper said. "Though maybe not in the same room."

"We can just chalk it up to a learning experience," Veronica said.

Piper nodded. "Definitely an interesting learning experience."

"I hope the boys weren't too traumatized by your past indiscretions."

Piper facepalmed. "They asked me about that. I just wanted to hide."

"What did you tell them?" Veronica asked.

[cookinggeek]

"I told them it was something they never should have found out about," Piper said. "And that I don't like to talk about it."

"Good things to tell them," Veronica said. "Did they accept that?"

"I think so," Piper replied. "Or they just really didn't want to know."

Veronica smirked. "I can't say I blame them, really."

"I can't either," Piper sighed. "Why did I have to be so dumb and naive all those years ago?"

"Because we all have dumb and naive moments?" Veronica said.
