We had a storm last night, and it was getting pretty close, so I turned off the computers and the router (those things are SO susceptible to power surges, a surge that you wouldn't notice in the lights would fry a router) and went to bed. Well, I did it. I went and got the ring last night, and gave it to her.
Of course, I had already asked her to marry me, I did that back in July, but I couldn't afford the ring until now.
