So, my next years plans have changed once again. Charlie and I talked it out and we've decided that its just not likely that we'll get enough money to visit Japan comfortably for a month next summer. Its been a fair amount of time since I've updated anything.

Here's whats going on:

I got my grades in the mail yesterday. I surprisingly got an A in Texas Government but a B in Middle Eastern dance. I emailed my professor and asked why I got a B and she said its because I opted out of the 'optional' performance at the end of the semester. Un.Believable. Here is my game plan for the next year:

Summer:
Work, a lot. Save as much money as I can.
Go on a Texas tour with Mary Ann and the Shaky Hands.
Start getting my tattoo removed (approx $500)

Fall:
Pick a major, pick a university to transfer to.
Move to Central or South Central Austin, into a house.
Switch ACC campuses.
Take hip hop dance classes.

On Wednesday evening I went to an audition at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. Despite taking HOURS to get there because of having to go through Austin, San Marcos and New Braunfels traffic because the audition was at 5:30 PM, it was a lot of fun and a pretty good experience. I finished moving into my new desk today at work and it has a windowww!!! Finally! haha. After being here over four years, this is the first opportunity I've gotten at a window desk and I LOVE it!

Truly, I'm glad I get some more time to figure things out for myself before I go off to the other side of the country for five months. But still, its stupid little things like leaving the lj community for the program I should have been in, because I didn't make it.
