Spring 2009 drama season

Yosh! After finishing Konkatsu I can finally say my opinion about the drama series I am going to watch - probably - this season.

Quiz Show Golden
The story is interesting, as we get to see another side of the tv games. We have a quiz show in Greece (which is probably not Greek) where the guests are asked *only* personal questions but the 1st

i like the theme, even with low ratting ;)

as for Sho, nothing i can say that they don't want to ruin sho image, BUT kamiyama char is start begin interesting

It's not that Konkatsu is boring... I can't tell yet. Besides from the fact that I don't get bored easily, things usually get more interesting. It's just that it is about *marriage*!!!

Personally I like Konkatsu. It's an adult comedy and as I grow older I tend to start liking this genre more. Weird?
For now I'm balancing my top drama between The Quiz Show & Atashinchi no Danshi with Majo Saiban coming in 3rd. I just can't decide which of those 2 genres will win this season: crazy comedy or dark & twisted drama? I will never be able to decide which of the 2 is my No1 favorite type of drama! >_

When did I say that I don't like Konkatsu? I just said that I would never watch it. - because of the subject. It's true that it is an "adult" drama. Full of adult "must be's" and such. Anyway. It's really well made it can win the audience.

So far I have only watched Ueda's parts of Konkatsu (all 5 minutes! Like for you a drama about marriage is not my thing at all, though I like Nakai.) and Hissatsu Shigotonin. I think if not for Koki I would not watch it as I don't like historical dramas. Also starting with ep. 13 might not have been the best idea to understand the plot.

I am waiting for Mr. Brain now.

There is a video with Ueda's part in episode 2? I looked in YT but I only found for ep.1! (And watched the entire ep. 2 raw!)
Hissatsu Shigotonin! I found it completely ridiculous and droped it. But I would like to see how's Koki doing in his role... Anyway. Why don't you write your review about it?

haha yea im probably going to continue with atashinchi no danshi even though i don't like horikita.. i'm betting she'll fall in love with one of the sons or something, i don't know. xD but it'll be interesting to see how this develops.

i just saw the summary for Godhand Teru and feels like watching it too.. the Quiz Show you're talking about is the one with Sho? haha.. Dl-ed Konkatsu but haven't watch it yet, though i'll most probably be watching it for nakai more than ueda

Yes, Quiz Show Golden is season 2, with Sho and Yoko.

Konkatsu is the only one I haven't seen yet. I want to see it for Ueda too, because otherwise I don't really see the point in it. I remember Ueda had said he doesn't really want to act in dramas because he sees himself as a musician, but here is is. O__o
