Spring 2009 drama season

Yosh! After finishing Konkatsu I can finally say my opinion about the drama series I am going to watch - probably - this season.

Quiz Show Golden
The story is interesting, as we get to see another side of the tv games. We have a quiz show in Greece (which is probably not Greek) where the guests are asked *only* personal questions but the 1st

Konkatsu is the only one I haven't seen yet. I want to see it for Ueda too, because otherwise I don't really see the point in it. I remember Ueda had said he doesn't really want to act in dramas because he sees himself as a musician, but here is is. O__o

Quiz Show is awesome. Very different from season 1 (which I really liked for its aggressive/paranoid side) but very good in a whole other way. I like Sho's ironic look too :) And the elevated budget makes things more interesting.

Atashinchi no Danshi is this season's Mei-chan, crazy and wacky and all sorts of girly fantasies thrown in it. It's interesting though a little frustrating because the sons REALLY don't want her there, and that makes her life so much harder than it already is, give that girl a break or something :P

I thought Smile was FANTASTIC. I'm really not a fan of depressing stories and dramas, but there's something about both of them that draws me to this one. Plus the anti-racism issue which I've never seen before makes me curious. :)

Godhand Teru... Oh god. I watched the first episode and it felt almost too much for me, if you know what I mean. Everything is too grand, too epic, too "LOOK AT THIS IT'S SO IMPORTANT" that I don't know, it makes me a little uncomfortable. I'll watch it but I don't know how I feel about it just yet.

I'm also watching Hanchou and I'm waiting for Majo Saiban and Rinjo, all of them of the detective/police drama variety.
