Good news / Bad news time.
Bad news: I worked 13 hours yesterday and see no reason to assume I won't work 13 more today.

So, in Metal Gear Solid 5, you have access to the Fulton Recovery System, which is basically a man-portable balloon that gets picked up by an airplane, allowing the user to escape into the air.
