I have a question about the Bow Booster skill. When you put more points on it, I know it lasts for a longer length of time, but does the attack speed increase also?

Well, I have a situation over which weapon I should us. I have a Maple Bow (ATK 46) and a Red Viper (ATK 49), and I am willing to use both. I would love to use the Maple Bow just because it is pretty awesome, but the RV has a higher attack. I should end up with a few 60% scrolls from a couple quests that I could use on either bow. I've maxed out everything on my bowman (a to-be-hunter) except for Blessing of the Amazon and Focus. I've seen people go "eww focus" and "you have to activate it." I've checked at least 6 guides and they all say "go focus" or just simply "pick one." lol. I also read somewhere that bowmen have so much dex that they don't need more accuracy. Even though I'm only level 33, I'm training at Jr Kitties - fairly good exp, money and exchange quest. :D Travelling through The Road To The Garden of 3 Colors, I see the tell tale little red dot show up. I hit level 80 today, a few minutes after 2X exp, and as planned, my friend and I went about our plan on killing Crimson Rog. Now, the last time I tried was in my mid-70s, with nothing for extra HP.
