The other day I made recipe #20 "Many-Cloves Garlic Sauce" from one of my cookbooks. It did not turn out well. I suspect this is a recipe that just doesn't lend itself to being halved or quartered -- but I didn't want four servings' worth! Maybe I'll have to try the full recipe at some point.
