what a tard. do you ever complain to your landlord? not that I necessarily recommend it, as doing that has never changed anything about my situation. my neighbor is yelling and listening to crappy music right now!

actually, i did call my landlord. but i made a point to tell him that the other two guys who live there aren't shitheads and not to say that any of us tipped him off. i'd rather not have a neighbor war, as fun as that sounds.

but, i mean, the dude got us involved. he woke up everybody so we were all witnesses to his idiocy!

yeah, I've never tried to make a secret of it when I've complained to my landlord, because usually whatever I'm complaining about is so completely ridiculous that I have no problem with my neighbor knowing that I'm complaining. it seems to me like this situation would also fall into that category.
