Well, this week for the gym is pretty much not good. Monday I did my upper body, yesterday my lower, but my diet was spoiled since Tues. And today isn't helping either since i was too tired to go to the gym (since Tues...it finally caught up with me) and felt under the weather since yesterday afternoon. WORKOUT: Yesterday my workout was okay. At that time, it felt like I was doing good but I could tell the results afterwards that I didn't push myself as much as I should've.
