I had my first shift at Fabricland yesterday. The short version is that it's one heck of a lot easier and lower stress than Food counter work at Future Bakery. That is a very good thing considering that I'm working 7 days a week more or less from now on ( Read more... )

Firstly, I want to thank everyone for their congratulations ^_^ I am still very giddy about the whole thing... I am soooooo happy: I have been hired by Fabricland!!!!!

I don't really know how I'm going to schedule both jobs since they want my availability at the same time, but it doesn't matter. I'm working at Fabricland! And that puts me one step closer to quitting at Future. Finally.

No work for me today. Though I was very nervious about it, I was looking forward to training on the patio. Making a little more money than working inside for AN. Then it rained. Patio wasn't opened. No work for Jenny T_T It's extra sad because I probably gave up a food shift, which means I actually lost about $75 today. *le sigh*

I am tired. So freaking tired. Today the patio at work was officially open, meaning that it's full service out there, self-serve inside where I work, and all the food and drinks have to go through me. It was crazy.
