I have a gel that makes bruises go away faster, if you'd like to use it. Energy-boosting snack pre-exercise is almost always a Good Plan. Often something afterward too. If you forget to snack before or don't have time, try guzzling a Gatoradey drink instead of water during. Or if you forget your water again.

I'd like to officially plead the fifth, but unofficially, I'm using this as a starting point-I'd love to continue to take classes and become proficient in cool tricks to amaze my friends (and perhaps also some cool silk rope tricks, even though it would require an apparatus to 'perform' ;), but I'm not committing to anything until I have the experience to know what is reasonable, which activities my body type and current skill-set favor, and how long it will take to get to a decent skill level in the various disciplines. I'm really excited about it, though. This is much more up my alley than, say, running marathons.
